      The STD Real Time PCR LAB-KIT genetic test is intended for the qualitative identification, differentiation and diagnosis of Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Trichomonas vaginalis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Ureaplasma parvum and / or Mycoplasma hominis, in the genitourinary system, uterus and urine from patients with symptoms of sexually transmitted disease (STD). This test is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of STIs in association with clinical and epidemiological risk factors. The genetic material of the pathogens is extracted from clinical specimens, amplified using real-time amplification and detected with specific fluorescent reporter dye probes for Neisseria gonorrhoeae Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Trichomonas vaginalis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Ureaplasma parvum and Mycoplasma hominis.
